A: We have all types of land. Some of our property may have service (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since land buyers want different things.
A: The investment properties on this site are discounted because we pass our savings on to our customers. We want to share our passion for land with others by offering deep discounted properties.
A: Great question! Our properties are exclusive to us and the people who visit our site. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We’re not agents or brokers, we are full time land investors.
A: You have the option to use any form of payment you would like. However we recommend taking advantage of our In House Owner Finance Program
A: We do work off a no haggle no negotiation system. Our properties are already priced at deep discounts. However, we will entertain a reasonable counter to our price. Contact us about the property of interest, and we can discuss it.
A: We’re always sourcing new investment land opportunities… and new properties are added to this site on a continual basis. So, check back often as our properties tend to sell very very quickly. Some properties never make the site. So be sure to become sign up for our mailing list so can receive property alerts. You will get alerts (text/email) the instant a property is available!
A: No, we do not charge any fees when you buy an investment property from us, we acquire these assets at such steep discounts, we’re able to pass them on to other interested parties at below market prices and still make a profit.
